The property is located at a place called Cerisier Point in the town of Le François, in a secured area, it is served by a private road of 900 meters giving access to a protected entry. It is entirely enclosed and bounded by the sea walls that serve as platforms from 140 feet and continuing on a 75 meters cliff, or a waterfront totaling to 215 meters. The land stretches gently to the sea with a peak at 40 meters offering a splendid view of the white areas, the area of the natural cliffs overlooking the ocean from a height of 10 meters.
Domestic service is based on the portal via an 80 meter long and 5 to 6 meters wide carriageway entirely leading to the main house. An upper secondary service provides access to the building known as "independent rooms". The area of the plateau overlooking the cliff is accessible by a grassy path, a path made up of slabs known as "grass" is used to go along the seafront
